Automatic entry with no manual approval, Google login, several companies per account, two-factor authentication and the full rental module.
Why this release
Signup was closed for two weeks, from 21 July to 2 August 2026, to rework how people get into the platform. It reopened with a different model: the email confirms the account, and nobody else has to approve anything.
If you signed up before 2 August and were waiting for approval, that wait is gone. Confirm your email and you are in.
Getting in
- Google login, without creating another password.
- Automatic entry: confirming the email activates the account, no manual approval.
- Account setup starts right away, without waiting for the email.
- Anyone who abandons signup halfway can now exit cleanly.
- Google signup used to get stuck in pending forever.
- Gmail dot variants of the same address are now treated as one account.
Account, profile and team
A person can now belong to several organisations — their own, their company's, and those of people who invited them — and switch between them without logging out.
- Accepting an invite used to REPLACE your organisation, and you lost your own. That is gone.
- A guest could edit someone else's tax identity.
- Account and Profile split: company data on one side, yours on the other.
- The tax number is entered once and shows up everywhere, documents included.
Security
- Two-factor authentication (Google Authenticator or equivalent), under Account > Security, with recovery codes.
- Trust this device for 30 days, so the code is not asked on every login.
- Assisted account recovery for anyone who loses their second factor, with identity checks before any change.
- No project is public in production — not even through a direct link.
Rentals
- Full module: valuation, PDF report, withholding, and the tax regime applied per account type.
- Room-level rentals, with maintenance tied to the right room.
- Rent update letters.
- Property transfer tax now uses the right year's tables, 2021 through 2026.
- Municipal tax counts from the deed, and the wealth-tax rules were corrected.
- Contract renewal no longer creates duplicate active contracts.
- Rent figures now add up to the cent.
Privacy and your data
- Export your data as CSV or JSON, and delete your account, without going through us.
- A privacy notice everywhere AI runs, with the screen locked while it processes.
- Attachments (screenshots, PDF) on support tickets.
Underneath, each account's data is now isolated at the database level, not just in application code. It is the difference between trusting nobody makes a mistake and the system not allowing one.
Navigation and plans
- Grouped menus, with submenus.
- The three Project tabs stay visible in every context.
- New Free plan; existing accounts moved to the trial plan.
